Our model is simple—we equip the most vulnerable women, refugees, and youth with the training, startup cash, and mentoring to become entrepreneurs and launch successful businesses. Our entrepreneurs have been proven though high quality studies to increase their incomes, savings, assets, net wealth, nutrition, and food security—ultimately lifting themselves and their families out of extreme poverty.

We've transformed more than 2 million lives to date, and 83% of our entrepreneurs are women.
